Declan is an inspirational young man with a contagious smile and a huge heart. He also has Mowat-Wilson syndrome. Decky’s altruism is what makes him truly exceptional. Declan is patient, he is kind. He does not envy, he does not boast, he is not proud. Decky does not dishonor others, he is not self-seeking. Everyone who meets Decky is blessed in countless ways, and those involved in this foundation are no exception. It is our mission to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities through service and support.
Declan embodies the meaning of the Hebrew word, Arukah, or complete healing or restoration of the mind, body, and spirit. Decky is the inspiration behind this foundation, his spirit and essence will remain a focus of its work, and it has been dedicated to him.
